What We Require
Due to the nature of the security industry and our high standards, all applicants must demonstrate:
- full SIA licence in date
- a good command of English (written & spoken)
- proof of eligibility to work in the UK
- passport/driving licence
- national insurance number
- 5 years checkable working history
- clean police record
- reporting capabilities (checked at interview)

Upon joining Allentra Group, each new member receives an individual training plan to identify immediate needs and outline long-term Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
