What We Require

Due to the nature of the security industry and our high standards, all applicants must demonstrate:

  • full SIA licence in date
  • a good command of English (written & spoken)
  • proof of eligibility to work in the UK
  • passport/driving licence
  • national insurance number
  • 5 years checkable working history
  • clean police record
  • reporting capabilities (checked at interview)

Training & Onboarding

Upon joining Allentra Group, each new member receives an individual training plan to identify immediate needs and outline long-term Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
